You can begin using the service 24 hours a day without making reservations or using operator assistance once you have recieved your two pin numbers (one for the moderator and the other for the conferees).

The moderator may press the codes into the keypad for the following features:

  • *2 - to record your conference call.
  • *4 - volume control.
  • *5 - listen only mode. Press *5 again to untoggle listen only.
  • *6 - to mute. Press *6 again to remove the mute feature.

Thanks Bruce. It is because of my husband's activation after 9/11 that I found your long distance service. He's a Lt Colonel in the US Marine Corps and was stationed overseas in Germany for one year. Your service allowed us to speak with him DAILY at an affordable rate... MCI just sent us a check for $70 to switch over... duh, I don't think so!
